Specialized template creation #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the Ref Data Editor, create a specialized template
2. Edit one or more role types
3. Save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You get a success message but no template is created.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.0
