Entity type pick list #167

Reference Data editor needs a pick list of entity types to choose from when 
creating or editing a class. The pick list should have the dm.rdlfacade.org 
URIs.

The labels (if they exist) should be shown in the pick list instead of the IDs. 
The dm.rdlfacade.org IDs do not currently have labels, but we should use them 
once they are populated.
