SQL Views are not valid in Application Editor #173

If a SQL Server View is used in Application Editor (Database Dictionary), then 
no properties are retrieved.

A view cannot be used.  As a view can be used to filter records etc it is a 
valid requirement (and indeed they are shown in Available Database Schema Items 
tree as if they can be used and can be added to the Database Dictionary.

If the View is left in the Database Dictionary then an error is also generated 
when posting the dictionary.
