RefDataEditor: Detail pane should be visible when adding/editing a class/template #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bring up Reference Data Editor
2. Enter a class to search
3. Select a class/template in the search result and click on Edit 
Class/Template

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected: the detail pane is visible to be able to see which 
class/template being selected
- Seeing: the detail pane is hidden

Changed title: RefDataEditor: Detail pane should be visible when adding/editing a class/template
Added labels: Type-Enhancement, Priority-Medium, RefDataEditor
Removed labels: Type-Defect, Priority-High

Issue resolved by re-arranging the real estate so that the details pane is 
always 
visible. Using tabs proved to be more complicated than it should be and that 
approach has been abandoned.
