reference data service throws 'An entry with the same key already exists' exception when searching for flange when component has been extended into local sandbox #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. refresh local sandbox (if adapterservice is fuctional)
2. search for 'flange' in reference data service
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect a list of items from all repositories that match 'flange'
getting 'An entry with the same key already exists' exception
