Comboboxes to select Project and Application / Link Comboboxes to PM #50

Need to add comboboxes to the MappingEditor to allow the selection of Project 
and Application.  They will need to be linked to the Presentation Model, and 
when the Application is changed, the Mapping Editor should reload with new 
application's Data Objects, and Mapping.
