Need the ability to have conditional, data-driven mappings. In some cases
logic or "rules" are needed so that mapping can be varied according to some
conditions in the data. For example a property may be included only if some
data has a certain value. Identifiers may need to be created based on other
data.
Specific use cases to be added.
