"stub" shown in map tree #93

Cause and way to reproduce are unknown. See attached screen shot.
Found in 1.2.0
Check if already fixed in 1.2.1

Caused by clicking +M button with a class selected.
To reproduce:
1) Select PLANT AREA class in map shown in screenshot
2) Select an identifier in data object tree
3) Select a class in the model pane.
4) Click +M

Trying to delete the "Stub" by selecting it and clicking DEL deletes mapping 
from
PLANT AREA down, leaving "whole" role of PlantAreaHasPlantObject unmapped.
