Provide Utility To Enter Configuration Data Without Having to Edit XML and Text Files

Background:
The installation of iRINGTools requires the modification of 7 files with 
16 edits and the execution of 13 commands.  This has been the number one 
support problem for the installation of iRINGTools as the changes are 
difficult and error prone for people unfamilar with iRINGTools 
configuration files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download iRINGTools 1.2.0
2. Follow the iRINGTools installation guide
3. Note the number of files to be edited and the number of commands to be 
executed

Recommendation:
Create utility that will let the user enter required information in 
friendly UI and then update files via code execution.

Is this ultimately a Request for an Automated Installation?

Automated installation would be great.  I was think more of a semi-automated 
method 
where a todo list is presented, status provided and (most importantly) a way to 
specify file parameters without having to manually update files.
