Even after payment of $35, the first screen which is displayed is the Payment/Donation screen after login. #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Complete ALL tutorial modules and pass test
2.Pay the $35 fee
3.

What is the expected output? should land on the dashboard after login.What do 
you see instead?land at the payment page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
