Turn Off Video/Audio on Home Page after the first visit by the same user

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Navigate to www.mc2i.com/myc2i/
2.The spokesperson automatically starts speaking everytime
3.This gets annoying.

What is the expected output? On the second and subsequent visit to the home by 
a particular user/PC the Video/Audio on the home page MUST NOT play. What do 
you see instead? Plays everytime and this becomes annoying. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
