Changes to the Protege DashBoard #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login as Protege/Guest
2.

What is the expected output? Instructions for NEW MUSLIMS. What do you see 
instead? No instructions for New Muslims.

We need the following changes in the Protégé/Guest Dashboard. This is the 
result of additional experienced testers who have stated that the communication 
and steps for the new muslim is not clear.

Please add the following links under the “To Do List” section in the 
Protégé Dashboard (Just like the Mentor Dashboard).
NEW MUSLIMS-READ THIS FIRST [document attached which they have to read first. 
After they have read the document, this link should disappear from the to do 
list]
Search for a Mentor [The user can click on this link or the Mentor Search 
button to take them to the Mentor Search Page]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
