It is impossible to recover your password if you have not set your security questions #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click "Forgot your password" at log in screen
2.Type in email address (that does not have security questions set)
3.Pick any questions and type in any answers
4.Click confirm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You see the message "No security questions are set yet.You need to login first 
with initial password." Your email now becomes impossible to use because you 
can not log in or make another account with it.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

A simple solution would be to get rid of security questions and just send a 
link for password reset or a temporary password to the user's email. I do not 
think the security questions are necessary.

P.S. I need a new password ASAP please.
