Impossible to set transitive option like in the Resolve Ant-task #104

IvyIDEA plugin doesn't contain the transitive option to disable/enable 
transitive dependencies resolving for a whole project.

P.S. It's preferable to have the whole set of resolving options in the IvyIDEA 
pluging.

Fixed in svn and it will be included in the next release.
