Add support for "license" #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. import a dependency that has a license associated with it:org.apache.neethi?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The license info should be stored in the ivy local repo/cache

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This feature isn't supported by Apache Ivy, so we can implement that.
