Unable to login to my admin account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. yarddancers.com/administrator redirects to
http://yarddancers.com/plugins/system/404.html
2. I cant log in

administrator/modules/mod_login/mod_login.php
administrator/components/com_login/admin.login.php

and see:

http://yarddancers.com/plugins/system/captcha/showcode.php
if in not work - your site use not correct Joomla extention

otherwise must be as it:

http://harita-cat.com/plugins/system/captcha/showcode.php

Arranged. Some incompatibility with Jsecure plug in. Removed both plug ins and
eliminated any row from the database for both plugins. Now it works fine.
