No sound

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Joomla 1.5.9
2. Install JACL Plus patch and plugin
3. Install Joomla Captcha patch and plugin
4. Enable plugin & select image+sound

Expected output on clicking handicapped image is to hear the captcha.
Instead a 1 byte mp3 is being formed which has no sound in it.

Send URL of your site.

Put any mp3 file on your site. And try to hear the it. May be your server not 
correct work with MIME type.
