Session restart bug #55

This makes plugin more compatible with with joomla session system.

Found:
        if ($handler == 'none') {
            ini_set( 'session.save_handler', 'files' );
        } else {
            ini_set( 'session.save_handler', 'user' );
            $sessionstorage = new JSessionStorageDatabase();
        }
Replace:
            //ini_set( 'session.save_handler', 'user' );
            //$sessionstorage = new JSessionStorageDatabase();
With:
            JSessionStorage::getInstance($handler)->register();
in captcha.php
