Feature request: Support for shorthand hex colors #34

Some of my users like to have possibility to get and enter shorthand hex colors.

I made some quick hack in jPicker to support this feature but it will be great 
to have it included in your code.

I'm not sure if my solution is best one but it works. Anyway I like to be this 
as optional future but I'm not able to find best way how to access settings 
from within ColorMethods.

Also I'm not using alphaSupport and I think this should be take into mind to 
(maybe disabled when using alpha at all).
