jPicker not proper function within AjaxControlToolKit collapsiblepanel extender

I'm using the jPicker inside collapsiblepanelextender and the color picking 
doesnt function properly. I was earlier using an older version of the plugin, 
but recently tested with 1.1.6 as well.

Please refer the attached screenshot (basically that circle like pointer doesnt 
move vertically when I move the cursor on the color space)
