Is it possible for the datepicker to show the week from Sat -> Sun instead of Mon -> Sat? #245

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just open the datepicker. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like the week to be shown starting from Saturday and ending on Sunday. 
Currently it starts on Monday and ends on Saturday. 

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.
Any URL with the datepicker will work. 

What version of the datepicker are you using? On what operating system? And 
Which Browser?
Version 2.1.2, Windows XP, IE and Firefox

Please provide any additional information below.
