Date Format changes,if OS date format is different while installing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
while installing OS set format dd-mm-yyyy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output id dd/mm/yyyy and I'm seeing dd-mm-yyyy.

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.

What version of the datepicker are you using? On what operating system? And 
Which Browser?
v.11, Browser IE8+ FF 15+

Please provide any additional information below.
It should take fixed date format, instead of regional settings of date.

The date picker will always use the format you set:
