Scroll pane not loading at absolute top #202

Whenever I load the page with the scroll pane (used as a portfolio) the scroll 
pane loads slightly scrolled down. However, when I click on the first anchor 
link it takes the first item in the pane into correct alignment.

See what I mean here (http://design.wearehomegrown.com/portfolio)

The initial starting position of the first item should be as it is when the 
anchor is activated.

Love this code, would really appreciate the help.
