Support for New feature to dynamic anchor #349

Hi All,

I was trying to implement a scenario with dynamic anchors. Its not easily
possible with the current options in dynamic anchor.

Consider two elements "Element1" and Element2"(Both being rectangles). Element2
is at the right of element1.
There are few end points in left perimeter of element2. I have to make the
connection between element1 and element2 such a way that all the connections
are 90 degree to each other. But that's not happening now.

The Algorithm for dynamic anchors currently chooses anchors which are close to
the mid-point of the element. If this can be extended to give a parameter like
(degrees as input), so that it selects the corresponding endpoints dynamically
based on specified angle would be great.

This feature would help in scaling any design which involves the above scenario
in a much easier way.

jsPlumb doesn't use google code anymore. i am closing this. please don't open
an issue in github. for now the fact that you've started a discussion on the
groups will suffice.
