Android: "network error" former "unknown network error" #46

I've got very often a network error in the Android version of junaio. The icons 
of channels are not appearing, only the names are shown. When entering a 
channel a "network error" popup appears and no content is loaded.
I have to close the application in the settings and restart junaio again to 
solve the problem. Anyone else experiencing this? I can't find a way to 
reproduce this.

If the bug is reproducable, please describe here. If necessary also provide
information about channel ID to be opened and steps to be taken to
reproduce error:

Did you open channel detailed page before opening the channel?

Yep, see these often.

Seems to happen most when the Android device wakes from sleep or changes 
network (e.g. from 3g to wifi).

A more convenient workaround is this:

press the hardware back-key on the phone repeatedly until the Junaio app closes 
(and the home screen of the phone appears). Now the app has exited and when you 
launch it again the initial splash screen is displayed (with text "checking 
connection" or something similar).

This is of course not something which can be expected from end users as it is 
not intuitive at all.

I think you're right. This morning I had the error again, so it could be 
something related to the wake-up situation. But also I've WiFi and 3G of in the 
night, the switch or enabling here, could be the reason.

Your workaround is perfect, thanks for that! I'm totally your opinion, that's 
nothing for the end users
