Hello,
After updating to junaio 4.0.2, mp4 movies (H. 264) are not played anymore on
iPad in full screen mode. We only hear the audio but do not see the video. The
videos should be played in full screen mode after a click event on a popup
button or glued 3D model. They did before updating. Now, the display remains
black!
On iPhone 4 + v 4.0.2, the movies are played correctly.
With junaio 4.0 the movies were also played correctly in full screen on iPad.
Now with junaio 4.0.2, neither fulls screen movies in channels of the new API
nor in channels of the old API work on iPad, after a click event.
If the bug is reproducable, please describe here. If necessary also provide
information about channel ID to be opened and steps to be taken to
reproduce error:
