JForum isn't sending activation emails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register for a new JForum account on the jwebsocket.org web site.
2. JForum says it's sending an "activate your account" email.
3. No email arrives.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- Should receive an email with link to activate forum account.  After 24 hours 
none have arrived.

Please provide any additional information below.

- I also attempted a password recover and have not received that email either.  
Note that I've tried twice with different email accounts, and yes I've checked 
my spam folders.  Thanks!
