You can use CSS property to change the style:
$('#wysiwyg').wysiwyg({
css : 'default.css'
});

When I try to specify the CSS property, jWYSIWYG no longer seems to work.

Hi,
below is an example to use other fonts for the editor:
$('#wysiwyg').wysiwyg({
css : { fontFamily: 'Arial, Tahoma', fontSize : '12px'}
});
