Load progress bar not right in Chrome

In Chrome, the load progress bar appears to jump right to the full positon, and 
remains there while the scene is still loading.

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.
