Editor minimize gadget (arrow) do not work properly with multiple issues #137

The attached screenshot shows one of the issues. There are others for example 
sometimes it is not possible to select the arrow once it appears. When you move 
your mouse it disappears. I recommend we look at a new approach and design to 
implement these. Possible move away from an appearing and disappearing type of 
gadget versus one that is just there like a small strip with indicators. Ideas?

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.

Retested and I can easily make the minimize arrow disappear or not operational. 
This is not currently scheduled for any upcoming release.
