Rotator not agreeing with Rotate command Deg/Rad

When creating a Rotator, rotational values are entered in radians, whereas in 
the Rotator/rotate behavior, values are entered in degrees.

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.

Kuda2 changed rotators completely and all transform turn values are in degrees.
