Privacy plugin: Always showing login + register + reminder #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the Privacy plugin to only show either Login or Register tabs
2. Check on the frontpage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: To only show Login or Register tab
Instead: Showing Login, Register, and Reminder tabs

Addition:
You can't remove the CAPTCHA neither.
