Billing Report for Hosting - Enhancement #110

In the control panel I currently scan down through the dates that the site was 
created to use as a guide for hosting charge's etc...

Is it possible to have a go live date column or something that is accurate to 
the date the site went live.

Also if there was somewhere to add next invoice date and run a report to show 
what is due for billing this would save alot of hassle.

As the system sit's it's manageable but if there was 100 sites it would be a 
nightmare.

I'm marking this as invalid, as it's not about WebME but about our reseller 
platform. I'll handle it, but it's not a webme thing.
