Link in top bar of CMS for KFM #113

This is a feature request.

Is it possible to add a link to the top menu bar in the CMS for KFM.

We find that we are in other parts of the system working and this would be very 
handy.

I've often wanted this myself! Accepted.

In fact, I think this would be simple enough to do, so I'm working on it now.
