Online Store: Different checkout methods to each customer group #115

A store with different customer groups like B2C and B2B could benefit from the 
possibility to choose which checkout method would apply to which customer group.
E.g. 
B2C group would like the 5 step checkout since they are mostly new customers 
who need to enter all the information.
B2B group would like to login, select products and order. Since they might have 
a credit agreement with the webshop, they don't need to enter credit card info 
and their address are already stored on their account.
