Online Store: Track and trace number #119

Suggestion:
When and order is made, there should be the possibilty to add a track and trace 
number from the carrier.
A smart way to this would be to combine it with the suggestion in Issue 117, so 
it can be entered directly in an editable field while viewing the list of all 
orders (and you don't have to open up each order separately).

Then, when the order status is set to "Delivered", an email is sent to the 
customer with a short message and the link containing the track and trace 
number to the carrier's website for delivery status.

It requires that the link can be defined in the admin so only the variable 
track and trace number must be entered:
http://www.CARRIERWEBURL.com/trackandtrace?id=TRACKANDTRACENUMBER (or how they 
structure the calls)

This white label T&T service seems to be targeting some of the major 
international carriers:
