Privacy widget: Modal box lacks form #153

When you click on login and the modal box appears, it should be possible to 
enter email and password and then hit "Enter" button to login.
This may be because the input fields are not wrapped in a form.

is this in the admin area? this has been done.

if not, re-open in github and specify example where the problem is.
