Checkout: Billing address same as Delivery address per default #158

Maybe the Billing address should be checked so it is always default the as the 
Delivery.

Also - shouldn't the Billing Address be placed first? The order is always paid 
(hopefully :-) ), so there will always be a Billing Address. 
It is only when you will like to ship to another address that the Delivery 
Adress should be used -right?
