add default templates to email functions #187

if an online store is set up and an invoice template is not set up (too easy to 
overlook), then when an order is sent, the resulting email will be empty.

To overcome this problem in general, add Default templates for emails. When an 
email of a specific sort is requested and it has not been set up, fill it in 
with the default values.
