At the moment, you can both configure the currency under Online Store ->
Options and by clicking the active checkout page and selecting the tab "Payment
options".
It should only be configured one place, so the customer won't be able to
configure 2 different currencies, which will cause problems (the goods will be
shown in "Currency A" but paid in "Currency B"
