News: Fail if no unpublish date is set #194

In ww.plugins/news/frontend/widget.php, line 28, the SQL statement does not 
take into account when pages does not have an unpublish date (it will then have 
the date 0000-00-00 00:00:00)

fixed. ignores publish/unpublish now and uses the associated_date instead
