ratings: show the average score in the hover popup #38

would be good to have the actual average number shown.

example, if one person votes 4 and another votes 3, then 3 stars are shown, but 
in the popup, it should say something like "2 people have rated this, for an 
average of 3.5 stars"

this is a request. feel free to delete if you don't like it
