Cant type hyperlink address in panel #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open misc/panels, content snipet
2. Select text, link button, try to type link address url
3. no key strokes work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cant add hyperlink to selected text

On what operating system are you running the system?
Firefox, windows 7 64bit

problem was that ckeditor doesn't interact well with jquery-ui's dialog in 
modal form
