14 - As a user , I should be able to send feedback to the Admin #37

Success scenario:

- In the menu there will be a feedback button which directs the user to the 
feedback page where the user writes his feedback and sends.
- The user is allowed to send feedback each 10 days

Failure scenario:

- If the user enter an invalid feedback message
-If the user tries to send more than one feedback message in less than 10 days.
