Update thoughts on ctrl + l #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate a lone thought.
2. Link it with another one.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The thought should appear in the outline view, with the linked thought as
the parent.

We're dropping the outline view for now. Do you want to close this, or leave it 
open for if we bring it back?

IMHO, this depends if we just  want to move the repositories and keep the issue 
tracker here or split the infrastructure.
