"hand" tool to navigate easier.

 Hi,

I think it would be a good think to have some kind of "hand" tool to
navigate easier on the document. I'm note sure it's really clear, it's the
tool who generally have a cursor like this:
http://www.worldtimzone.com/mozilla/testcase/css3cursors_files/grab.gif and
move the document with grab and drop (like in gimp or on pdf files).
Put it on the right mouse button could be a good idea, it's currently unused.

we should really indicate the grab-and-move action, which is actually working 
but not
with right mouse button but middle mouse button, by such a hand. Thanks for the
information.
