text box labels do not immediately appear in thoughts treeview

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. right-click on the canvas in Edit Mode to start a new text box
2. enter some text, then click outside the box
3. a blank entry will be created in the treeview

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-> expected the text label to appear in the treeview
-> instead the label was blank

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-> SVN revision 344 (version 0.4.1?)

Please provide any additional information below.
-> If the map is re-opened, the labels finally do appear in the treeview.
