Export/Import? #130

Just wondering on the possibilities of exporting to, say, an abi. While I
don't have a whole lot of time to give at the moment, it should be fairly
easy to auto generate headers and slip the "Extended" text in under them -
or to take word processor documents and import them doing the reverse
(though that could get messy pretty easily if the document isn't formatted
properly).

The whole reasoning behind this is to allow the work that goes into
creating one of these to be shared with practically anyone. I think we all
know that in a corporate environment, almost nobody has this program and,
unless you're making mind maps just for yourself, the current options to
share these maps are severely lacking.

I do like the whole idea of importing Tomboy notebooks too, but saw that as
a separate issue.

When I get freed up a bit, I'll certainly help out, but that's likely to be
a few months as I'm eyeballs deep in code at the moment.
