Creating / changing of links doesn't work using CONTROL_MASK and mouse button 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Hold CTRL and drag from one node to another.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If a link exists then weaken or strenghen else create a new link.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1. Tried Ubuntu 8.04 repository version of labyrinth (0.4)
2. Tried svn checkout from 04/29/09
