how to pan? #138

Can I pan without using the arrows at the border of the screen? Like
grab&pan. What key do I have to hold down. Sorry for asking this way but
couldn't find any help or doc.

Middle-click-and-drag will pan the document (if you have only two mouse buttons 
usually you can click both at the same time, which emulates a middle click).
